GEMS AMERICAN ACADEMY - QATAR
GEMS American Academy Qatar (GAAQ) is a Pre-K to Grade 12 School with over 1070 students from 60 nationalities. We offer an enriched American curriculum with an international perspective based on U.S. National Common Core Standards. We ensure that students are provided with exceptional learning experiences that lead to a consistently high level of achievement. Our school is a purpose-built state-of-the-art center of inspirational learning that enables students to make decisions independently and solve problems effectively. Our leadership team is comprised of the Head of School, Upper and Lower School Principals, Assistant Principals and Grade Level/Department Leaders. Collectively with students, parents and teachers they develop the strategies that will be used to achieve our school’s mission and vision. Next year GAAQ will enter its seventh year in operation. While still a relatively young school, we already have a well-established reputation, and have one of the highest parent satisfaction rates in our network.
