This is an exciting time to be part of GEMS Wellington School (WSQ). We are looking to appoint a committed, energetic and enthusiastic teacher of music for the Primary School. The ideal candidate will be inspirational and passionate about teaching an engaging music curriculum of excellence. They must be willing to support students’ interest in the subject through our extra-curricular programme and taking part in inter and intra-school competitions. If you strive for excellence and can ignite a love of music within our young people, then this could be the role for you!
The successful candidate will have a high level of autonomy to ensure Music develops a significant presence within our school community. We fully believe in the importance of providing a broad, varied and engaging educational experience that enriches the lives of all our students. Music, along with the other performing and creative arts, plays a significant role in this vision.

The successful candidate will:
- Be a vocational and inspirational educator who supports an inclusive learning environment, with the ability to raise standards for all students

Qualifications and Experience – The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience. They will also have an appropriate teaching degree and Qualified Teacher Status.
