GEMS Royal Dubai School is a vibrant, premium British curriculum school, currently educating students from FS1 to Year 8. We are proudly expanding to include Year 9 in September 2026, with a strategic growth plan leading to Year 13. As we continue to grow, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our new, purpose-built secondary campus in September 2026 — a state-of-the-art facility designed to further enrich the world-class education we offer across two sites.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as Arabic A Leader for September 2026. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have proven success in driving standards and be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all. Job Role

To lead Arabic A and teach across Primary and Secondary as a subject specialist enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Demonstrate very strong Arabic A subject knowledge across all phases

Demonstrate exceptional leadership impact, including current knowledge of examinations at Key Stage 4 and 5

Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences; collaborating and sharing best practice.

Skilfully use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning

Have a High Performance Mindset, being reflective and solution focused at all times

Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching

Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students

Work effectively with colleagues, students and parents using excellent interpersonal skills

Have aspiration to work in a World-Class school with real prospects for career enhancement

Make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events

Actively pursue your own professional development as a leader and teacher.

To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the CEO and Principal.
