· Be an effective and dynamic leader with a proven track record in school improvement; moreover, possessing real gravitas and presence within a school community.
· Be able to demonstrate successful experience of leading and managing staff, promoting and developing approaches to learning.
· Report to Heads of Department/Faculty and Grade Leaders to ensure that they can effectively disseminate data, actions and development plans to other staff.
· Be fully accountable for key aspects of the work of the Secondary School providing analytical comment on performance measured against a number of key performance indicators.
· Lead on all aspects of the Secondary school involved with CAT4 assessments, GL Progress Tests and PASS data, and effectively share this information with key stakeholder.
