Due to the opening of our newest school, GEMS Founders School, Nad Al Hamar we are looking to recruit an outstanding French Teacher to join the team in August 2026.

Successful candidates will:
- Embody and role model our core values of Grow, Flourish, and Honour
- Hold a Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE (or equivalent French qualification)
- Have proven experience teaching French to Primary Students.
- Demonstrate exemplary teaching practice and a passion for continuous improvement
- Bring a creative and enthusiastic approach to both classroom and wider school life
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
- Be eager to make a positive contribution to our school community through active engagement in extra-curricular and community-based initiatives

GEMS FOUNDERS SCHOOL - NAD AL HAMAR
GEMS Founders School, Nad Al Hamar, is a value for money National Curriculum for England school in Dubai, opening in September 2026. Modelled on the highly successful GEMS Founders family of schools, the school will initially educate students from FS1 to Year 8, with planned growth to FS1 to Year 13 in subsequent years.
GFH is built around the Founders promise of high quality, affordable education, combining strong academic ambition with character development, leadership, inclusivity, wellbeing, Arabic and Islamic values, and social and emotional learning. The school will support every child to succeed through a broad, balanced curriculum and, in the future, a range of academic and vocational pathways.
The campus includes well equipped classrooms, strong sports provision, large open plan learning areas designed for innovation, robotics and creative problem solving, as well as specialist music rooms, drama and dance spaces, science labs, art rooms, libraries, a food technology lab and a textiles lab. All classrooms are equipped with large LCD screens and full Wi Fi coverage to enhance teaching and learning.
Foundation Stage students benefit from attractive indoor and outdoor learning areas designed to support play-based learning, curiosity and early development.
The school follows the National Curriculum for England and will offer IGCSE, AS and A Level courses as it grows, alongside future vocational pathways.
