GEMS Winchester Private School Fujairah is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Inclusion to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring the highest standards of support for students with diverse learning needs and will play a key role in shaping an inclusive educational environment.
المهارات
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading inclusive practices in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of the latest research and best practices in inclusion and special educational needs (SEN).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural school environment is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
GEMS Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of its students and staff. A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is a pre-requisite for all appointments.
