Inclusion Teacher for AY 2025-2026

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Teacher to join our dynamic team for the AY 2025-2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting an inclusive strategies that meet the diverse learning needs students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with classroom teachers to design and implement inclusive strategies that meet the students diverse learning.

- Provide differentiated instruction and support to individuals or small groups of students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

- Conduct assessments to identify the students diverse learning and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the Inclusion team and parents.

- Work closely with parents, teachers, and external specialists to create a collaborative support network for students.

- Implement evidence-based interventions and accommodations to address diverse learning needs.

- Stay updated on best practices, research, and advancements in the field of inclusion.

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes a sense of belonging for all students.

The successful candidate will have:

- B.Ed./M.Ed. in Special Education
- The ability to share your outstanding practice
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
- A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning
- An aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
