*Work alongside class teacher to identify ‘at risk’ students and those performing below the expected level.
*Alongside the class teacher and parents, develop programmes to meet the academic needs of identified students.
*Provide support for identified students either in class or in a withdrawal programme
*Assist the class teacher to monitor student progress. § Assist with carrying out educational assessments for targeted students.

Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collect and analyse data and work collaboratively in a team.
