We are looking for outstanding PYP and MYP Teachers to join us at GEMS World Academy, Abu Dhabi for January AY2023 – 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for outstanding teachers and educators to start, or continue their international career with the leading global education company. Our teachers enjoy an outstanding, state of the art school facility and environment in which to deliver a dynamic learning opportunities to a highly motivated international student body.
The successful applicant should have the following:
relevant degree qualification such as a BEd/MEd specializing in Early Years or a Bachelors/Masters in Childhood Studies and an internationally recognized teaching qualification (ex. PGCE, PGDE) or teaching license
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Familiarity with the IB and/or NCfE and GCSE frameworks and subjects is preferred.
A growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to ensure high performance for all.
Ability to build strong relationships with students and their families
Professional commitment to becoming an High Performance Learning Global Lead Teacher
A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills
