We are seeking an experienced and highly organized School Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and assist in the coordination of key school operations and events. The successful candidate will act as a professional representative of the school, ensuring the smooth running of leadership offices and contributing to the efficient functioning of the wider school community.
Key Accountabilities:

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to all members of the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring effective coordination and communication across the school.

Maintain efficient communication channels on behalf of the SLT, liaising tactfully and diplomatically with staff, parents, students, and representatives from the GEMS Corporate Office.

Manage calendars, appointments, correspondence, and documentation for SLT members, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up.

Support the organization and coordination of school events, meetings, and community engagements, ECAs ensuring these are conducted professionally and reflect the school’s ethos and values.

Liaise with various department and key staff to ensure consistency in administrative practices and alignment with school policies and procedures.

Exhibit exemplary written and spoken English language skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette.

Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant administrative tools.

Possess strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
