About the Role
The Projects Manager will assist in overseeing delivery of HR partial parts project activity associated with Business change programmes. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, and working closely with the different stakeholders across departments. The role will blend both knowledge of HR process and the project management discipline. The role includes active participation on preparation the management reporting, analysis and communication of key people data and management information.

About Your Benefits
- Assisting in Devising and owning the HR Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders
- Assisting in Collating and owning key people data and undertaking detailed data analysis
- Assists in managing of a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant stakeholders
- Assists in Tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks to the Senior Project Manager
- To engage with staff to leverage technology as per published guidelines
- To ensure plans are established for the training of super users and others who support implementation and ongoing use of HR systems
- You will be part of a broader project team implementing latest HR digital technology
