About The School::

Is a K-12 co-educational American curriculum school in Dubai Sports City. BPA was established in 2009 and acquired as a GEMS school in 2013. BPA currently hosts nearly 700 students with more than 60 nationalities. BPA strives to prepare students for the challenges of the future, equipping them to face confidently the challenges of the 21st century. Students at BPA benefit from a variety of learning experiences facilitated by an international staff of educators in a purpose built, modern building surrounded by Dubai Sports City and the Sports Academies.
The Role::
• Manage and support day to day operations of the School’s Human Resources which includes administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. 
• Responsible for staffing, on-boarding, training and development and employee counseling. 
• Advise management and staff on UAE Labour law regulations and compliance, policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintains all personnel files of employees in coordination with the PRO and Ministry of Labour/Education requirements.
• Design and conduct new employee orientations to explain school policies, compensation, and benefit programs.
• Develop and maintain HRIS database, employee files, and records; assist and prepare statistical summaries and reports for school and GEMS Corporate office.
• Update school’s employee handbook as required.

Qualification. Experience & Skills:
College Degree preferred. Generalist HR experience with sound knowledge of UAE Labour Laws.
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in general HR office procedures, policies and methods
