About the Role
Duties and responsibilities will include: 
• Being versed in rules and regulations of the Ministry of Education and ensure compliance during admission process
• Maintaining an accurate record of all places available at the school and an up to date waiting list that details students who wish to be enrolled and has passed any necessary placement tests
• Meeting with prospective parents; explain admission procedures, curriculum, fees structures and MOE regulations 
• Ensuring all admission documentation is completed effectively
• Arranging placement tests, as required, and ensuring files are complete to proceed to the Admissions Committee for review
• Creating and maintaining current Acceptance, Waitlist, and Deny of admissions letters
• Preparing reports for the School Principal/CEO and the corporate office reflecting current enrolment, waiting lists and the status of vacant seats.
• Maintaining and create files for all new applicants, new students, current students, existing students and alumni’s.
