-Graduate degree holder.
-At least 1 year experience in HR. Education sector experience would be an advantage.
-Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic
-Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, good drafting and conceptualization skills. A good implementer of major HR initiatives. Literate in all basic PC skills.
- Participating in recruitment efforts
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Preparing new employee files
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
