3938 - Financial Analyst - Egypt

About the Role

To project manage financial acquisition and feasibility studies, developing timely and accurate financial reporting systems and participate in making informed decisions on all mergers and acquisition initiatives.

Key Accountabilities: 

Financial Analysis
- Continually source “best practice” and international benchmark for key hypothesis
- Prepare Financial Analysis for the company (including investments, CAPEX, funding, payment terms)
- Analyze and interpret financial data including financial statement and present to management for decision making
- Contribute to the business plan (funding options)

Reporting & Approvals
- Prepare financial material for monthly closing
- Prepare annual financial statements and Tax Returns
- Review Tax related items (Social Insurance, Property Tax, …)
- Contribute to the budget / reforecasting / Cash flow projections (funding options)
- Ensure respect of Deadlines and instructions from Corporate Office
- Liaison with the Auditors

Expected Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Either a Chartered Accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA) or a business degree from a credible business school
- Desirable an additional degree in CIMA or CFA
- A minimum of 2-5 years in Audit and consultancy firms
- Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Excellent Communication Skills (written & oral)
- Presentation Skills, MS Office (strong Excel skills)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review variances, understand business cycles and their impact on operations
- Arabic speaking desirable
- ERP, Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence Software application knowledge
- Experience in financial/feasibility studies
