About the Role

About the Role

We are looking for the passionate individuals for support with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Working as a Shadow Teacher you will:

  • Provide support, to students throughout their school day
  • Work alongside teachers and other staff in enhancing the effective involvement of pupils with SEND and/or learning barriers in their academic and social development.
  • Work with students to help develop their personal plans and aspirations
  • Support students to develop crucial life skills to help them thrive

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for supporting children with additional needs.

You will also need to be well organised, have an appreciation of health & safety in the workplace, along with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. 

Candidate should be:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Highschool Certificate with two year of experience
  • Candidates applying for this position MUST be sponsored by their spouse/father.

About You

You will hold a High School Certificate and have a minimum of two years experience in a teaching and learning environment.
