About the Role

The Rewards Analyst will be part of the People & Organization Department that supports the entire network of GEMS Education schools in MENASA.  The Rewards Analyst will offer support with a multitude of reward activities, including the compensation cycle and creating salary benchmarks. Assist with bonus and incentive plans, and implementation of new reward systems. Support senior HR leaders with high-quality analysis of C&B data and reporting as required.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the annual review and renewal of all benefits programs.
  • Coordinate the annual benefits enrollment process, including developing communication materials, and analysis of benefits.
  • Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input and subsequent data extraction for later analysis
  • Design and develop business reports to capture key metrics and trends (pay for performance metrics, compensation trending)
  • Work effectively with other compensation team members, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP professionals on projects as assigned
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of all total rewards-related knowledge base content, policies, and procedures
  • Support senior HR leaders with high-quality analysis of C&B data, reporting, and projects as required.
  • Become an expert on the system/s supporting the Total Rewards
  •  Operate to a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Expected Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources is preferred

Expected Experience:

  • 3-5 experience in a similar capacity
  • HR or Education industry experience is an advantage

Job Specific Skills:

  • Extensive experience with human resource laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong data, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
