We are hiring teachers for September 2022. These appointments are for teaching roles.

  • For Middle School Teachers Bachelors in Education along with Bachelors in Arts / Science, both degrees in the same teaching subject
  • For Senior School Teachers Bachelors in Education along with Bachelors in Arts / Science AND Masters in Arts /Science both degrees in the same teaching subject

*The qualifications listed above must be full-time regular programs. Distance Learning or Distance Education will NOT be accepted. These requirements are as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Education of the UAE. 

The Bachelor of Education degree is mandatory for all roles.

We are currently recruiting for the following vacancies:

  • Middle and Senior School Teachers - All subjects: English, Maths, Science (All subjects), History, Geography, Business Studies, Sociology
  • Chemistry Teachers
  • Accounts Teachers
  • Maths KS5

About the School

GEMS Westminster School, Sharjah is a highly successful international sister school to The Westminster School, Dubai and GEMS Westminster School, RAK. The GEMS Westminster School, Sharjah opened in 2012 and follows the internationally recognized English National (British) Curriculum. The school prepares students to take the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), Advanced Subsidiary (AS) Level and A Level Examinations of the Universities of Cambridge and London and EDEXCEL (UK). We currently cater to FS1 to Year 13.
