About the Role

We are looking for an 'Outstanding' primary teacher to join our established team at GEMS Firstpoint, The Villa for a January start for the academic year 2023-2024

The successful candidate will have:

  • B.Ed or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
  • Proven experience of teaching primary level - KS1/KS2
  • The ability to share your outstanding practice
  • A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
  • Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
  • A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning
  • An aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career

About the School

GEMS FirstPoint School (FPS) opened in 2014, it is positioned in the heart of The Villa community in Dubai. It is a Premium British Curriculum School, providing an excellent standard of education for over 1650 students from FS1 to Year 13, with exciting plans to expand further in the coming years.

The school has grown rapidly and continues to be popular with families from across Dubai with over 90 nationalities represented.
