GEMS Royal Dubai School is a vibrant, premium British curriculum school, currently educating students from FS1 to Year 8. We are proudly expanding to include a Nursery in January 2026 and Year 9 in September 2026, with a strategic growth plan leading to Year 13. GEMS Royal Dubai School is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to support the Operations Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
To embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the GEMS Core Values.
To use the inhouse software programme (eg Dax) to raise PR’s/Purchase Orders/Invoices/GRN’s/MIS & Account Payments, ensuring they are logged and processed in a timely manner and any issues or outstanding actions are dealt with accordingly.
To arrange ID’s for parents/contractors, ensuring all external people that enter on site have the relevant ID/Lanyard and to continually review and monitor the list of ID’s and remove where applicable.
To perform TRF’s
To perform tasks associated with Company housing, including but not limited to;
- Updating and ensuring all tenants have starter packs, TRF’s are processed and any Realm system updates are completed.
- To ensure tenancy contracts are up to date and comply with the relevant guidelines.
- To arrange tenancy cheques as and when required
- To arrange and support with organizing the Ejari
- To arrange any furniture orders within budget and agreed process.
- To arrange the connection/deactivation of DEWA/Empower when required
- To arrange clinic orders within agreed process and timescales.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the Principal / CEO.
To deputise for the MSO when they are on leave and / or as and when required and ensuring there is always cover within the MSO team at all times.
