Due to the continued success of GEMS Metropole School Al Waha, we are seeking an exceptional Assistant Head – Educational Technology & Business to join our Senior Leadership Team from August 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious educational leader to gain international experience and make a real impact within a world-class school in the heart of Dubai. Skills
The successful candidate will:

Hold expertise in educational technology, AI, and business education

Possess a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent

Demonstrate proven experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Business or related subjects

Share and implement exemplary teaching and leadership practices

Bring creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm to teaching, curriculum design, and school leadership

Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents

Have a track record of driving outstanding learning outcomes and integrating technology into the curriculum

Be committed to contributing positively to the wider school community through extra-curricular initiatives and events
