We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Teacher - Supervised Study to join our team for Sep 2024 start. The successful candidate will support the academic progress of students by overseeing supervised study sessions, providing guidance, and assisting with learning activities. This role is crucial in helping students achieve their academic goals and maintaining a positive learning environment
Skills
- Oversee and manage supervised study sessions for students.
- Assist students with their coursework and provide academic support.
- Monitor student progress and address any learning concerns.
- Maintain a positive and productive study environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure students are on track with their studies.
- Provide feedback to teachers on student performance and behavior.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an educational setting or similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and engage students effectively.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
