Class Teacher - Upper Primary

Due to exciting growth, we are looking to expand our team and are seeking a Primary Class Teacher to join our vibrant, supportive school community, in January 2025 or sooner. 

About the Role:

As a Primary Class Teacher, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, helping to shape the educational journey of children in Year 6/Grade 5. You will plan, deliver, and assess lessons, fostering an environment that promotes academic achievement, personal development, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess creative and engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Provide a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
• Foster a love for learning and encourage critical thinking through innovative teaching methods.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of all students.
• Work closely with colleagues as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
• Maintain regular communication with parents about student progress and well-being.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events that enrich the student experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• B Ed. and/or BA (full time course)
• Previous experience in National Curriculum for England is desirable, though new teachers are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students while working collaboratively in a team.
• Enthusiastic about creating a positive and dynamic learning environment.
