Job Description
As Data Executive you will play a key role in managing promoting good attendance and punctuality across the school. You will monitor and track student attendance daily, follow up on absences, liaise with parents and staff, and ensure accurate records are maintained in line with school policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily student attendance and follow up on absences and lateness.
• Maintain accurate attendance records using the school’s MIS system.
• Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to address attendance concerns.
• Produce reports and data to support school leadership.
• Promote a positive attendance culture across the school.
Skills
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using school management systems and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience in a school environment (desirable but not essential)..
