At GEMS Education, we are looking for our next cohort of talented Emirati graduates to join our Emirati Graduate Trainee Programme, a unique 18-month development journey designed to accelerate your professional growth and prepare you for a successful long-term career.

What to Expect

Our structured programme offers a comprehensive introduction to the corporate world through rotational assignments across key business functions. Over the course of 18 months, you will gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and build a strong professional network while contributing to meaningful projects that support our mission of delivering world-class education.

Rotational Opportunities

You will undertake placements across a range of business functions, including:

• Human Resources (HR)
• Finance
• Procurement
• Information Technology (IT)
• Marketing 

Each rotation is designed to provide exposure to different aspects of the business, helping you discover your strengths, broaden your commercial understanding, and develop the leadership capabilities needed for future success.

Who We Are Looking For

• UAE Nationals (Emiratis)
• Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of professional experience; we will also consider students in their last year of university on a part-time basis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Passionate about making a positive impact through education
• Motivated to build a successful career within a dynamic and diverse organisation
