The School:
GEMS Wellington Academy Al Khail is a Premium National Curriculum for England School, located in the rapidly expanding Dubai Hills development. The Primary section opened in September 2013 and Secondary opened in September 2014. About the Role:
We are looking for a committed and dynamic Head of Art & Design to jointhe team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Al Khail from September 2024.

Skills
The successful candidate will have:
- A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with exceptional subject knowledge.
- Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level or equivalent across both art and photography
- A proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning
- Significant experience of the National Curriculum for England
- A mindset which understands all students have the potential for top performance, and the drive and passion to enable them to do so.
- Experience which will enable a contribution to our enriched curriculum programme.
