Head of MFL (French Specialism)- August 2024

Gems Education is seeking an exceptional Modern Foreign Language educator to assume the role of Head of MFL Department and join our team in September 2024.

Successful candidates will need to: 

• A B.Ed. with specialism in French or subject related degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Proven qualified experience of teaching French using UK national curriculum up to GCSE & A-Levels (3+ years minimum)
• The ability to share your outstanding practice
• Interested in career growth, leadership, sustainability
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
