Due to the continued success of GEMS Metropole School Al Waha (MTW), we are looking to recruit a Head of Year 1 for September 2025.

Skills
Successful candidates will need to:
- Embody and role model our core values of curiosity, confidence, creativity, respect, and kindness
- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent)
- Have proven experience in primary education
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive high standards of teaching and learning
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching
- Be committed to the wider school community, engaging in extra-curricular activities and community-based events
