Due to the opening of our newest school, GEMS Founders School – Nad Al Hamar, we are seeking to recruit an outstanding Inclusion Teacher to join our founding team from October 2026.

GEMS Founders School – Nad Al Hamar is the newest addition to the successful GEMS Founders family, opened its doors in August 2026. Built on the 10-year legacy of the Founders brand, the school will deliver a high-quality British education following the National Curriculum for England, initially welcoming students from FS1 to Year 8 and expanding year-on-year towards becoming a full FS1–Year 13 school.

Skills Description

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor of Special Education or Special Educational Needs, Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs, or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Both newly qualified and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply, with a genuine passion for supporting students with additional learning needs and a commitment to developing their practice within a supportive school environment.
  • Qualified Inclusion Teacher’s with a genuine passion for working with young learners and creating positive, engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of effective teaching, assessment and differentiation strategies to support the progress and achievement of all students.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued, is encouraged to build confidence and is supported to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills, with a positive approach to working with colleagues, students and the wider school community.

GEMS FOUNDERS SCHOOL - NAD AL HAMAR

GEMS Founders School, Nad Al Hamar, is a value for money National Curriculum for England school in Dubai, opening in September 2026. Modelled on the highly successful GEMS Founders family of schools, the school will initially educate students from FS1 to Year 8, with planned growth to FS1 to Year 13 in subsequent years.
