Qualifications:
KG- Bachelors in Arts / Science along with Bachelors in Education, both degrees in the same teaching subject Example - BA + B.Ed/ PGCE or B.Sc + B.Ed/ PGCE (None of the above degrees must be through distance, correspondence or from an open university) alternatively Bachelors with a Diploma in Montessori can be considered based on years of experience.
Skills
A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
An excellent team player both within the department and across phases.
Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents.
