We are recruiting outstanding Primary and Secondary Teachers to join our GEMS Education schools in Dubai and Abu Dhabi from August 2026.

The GEMS Founders Cluster of Schools and Wesgreen International School will be holding in-person interviews in Mumbai in April 2026, offering candidates a fantastic opportunity to explore teaching careers within our growing network of schools in the UAE.

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates will:

• Hold a Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree with a recognised teaching qualification (Primary or Secondary specialism)
• Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and energy to the classroom and wider school life
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong partnerships with colleagues, students, and parents
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning outcomes
• Be committed to contributing to the wider school community, including extra-curricular and enrichment activities
