GEMS Founders School – Dubai South is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist to join our Inclusion Team under GEMS Link Services.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting students’ independence, participation, and well-being in the school environment. Your support will help students of determination develop the motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills necessary to succeed in their learning and daily school routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Collaborate with teachers, LSAs, and the Inclusion team to implement classroom-based strategies and support plans.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to interventions as necessary.
- Provide training and practical strategies to staff to support student development across settings.
- Maintain clear documentation and reports in accordance with KHDA, DHA, and school expectations.

Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical or school-based pediatric setting.
- DHA license or eligibility to obtain a DHA license.
- Strong understanding of sensory processing, fine/gross motor skills, and self-care development in children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
