We are seeking exceptional Prep School Teachers to join our team at GEMS Wellington, Dubai Hills, from August 2027.

Skills Description
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent
- Have proven experience of teaching at Prep School level
- Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
- Be committed to collaboration and the sharing of outstanding practice
- Have a growth mindset and be reflective, resilient and solution-focused
- Be creative, enthusiastic and passionate about inspiring young learners
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents
- Aspire to work in a world-class school with genuine opportunities for professional and career development
- Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our co-curricular programme and community events
