- Plan and deliver engaging, purposeful and challenging lessons aligned with the British Curriculum and the school's curriculum framework.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and understanding of primary pedagogy.
- Establish clear learning objectives and success criteria.
- Use a range of teaching strategies to engage pupils with different abilities, backgrounds and learning needs.
- Provide appropriate challenge and support through adaptive teaching and differentiation.
