We are recruiting Primary Teachers available for the next academic year, August 2027/28 due to the success of our school and our continued growth here at GEMS Founders School – Dubai South.

About us

GEMS Founders School – Dubai South is one of the newest additions to the successful GEMS Founders family of schools. We opened our doors in 2024 as a British curriculum school delivering the National Curriculum for England. We are an all-through school offering education from Foundation Stage through Key Stage 4 but are growing year-on-year towards becoming a full FS1–Year 13. As a growing school community, this is an exciting opportunity for you as a teacher to join us at an early stage. As one of our first teachers you will play a key role in shaping the culture, curriculum and future success of our school in the southern area of Dubai. • Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant Bachelor’s degree with a recognised Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). 
• Newly qualified teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply, with enthusiasm for developing their teaching practice and growing within a supportive school environment. 
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting, following the National Curriculum for England. 
• Strong knowledge of effective teaching, assessment, and differentiation strategies to support student progress. 
• A commitment to creating an inclusive, engaging, and challenging learning environment. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills, with a positive approach to working with colleagues, students, and the wider school community.
