Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in hearing from exceptional leaders who can demonstrate:

• Successful experience as a school senior leader.
• A proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in school performance and student outcomes.
• Strong expertise in curriculum, assessment and teaching and learning.
• Experience leading inspection, accreditation or school review processes.
• A deep commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and student-centred education.
• Experience developing high-performing teams and leadership capacity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust across diverse communities.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of the wider drivers of school success, including enrolment growth, reputation and parent engagement.
• The flexibility and cultural intelligence required to work effectively across international contexts.
