We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedCashierto manage daily financial transactions and provide excellent service to students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle payments efficiently, maintain accurate financial records, and support the wider administrative and finance teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process payments accurately for school-related services and activities.

Issue receipts and maintain records of all transactions.

Manage petty cash and reconcile cash balances daily.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Support financial audits and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

Assist with administrative duties as required.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in a cashier or financial administrative role.

Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software is an advantage.
