GEMS Winchester Private School Fujairah is seeking a qualified and passionate Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer counseling services to students on academic, personal, and social matters.
- Develop and implement programs that promote student well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student success.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in counseling.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- preferably based in UAE and willing to relocate to Fujairah.
GEMS Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of its students and staff. A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is a pre-requisite for all appointments.
