GEMS Royal Dubai School is a vibrant, premium British curriculum school, currently educating students from FS1 to Year 8. We are proudly expanding to include Year 9 in September 2026, with a strategic growth plan leading to Year 13. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Islamic B Teacher in September 2026. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have proven success in driving standards and be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all. Job role
To teach across both the primary and secondary phases as a subject specialist enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.
Skills
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Demonstrate very strong subject knowledge of the MOE Islamic B curriculum across the whole school
Deliver consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences; collaborating and sharing best practice.
Skilfully use student data to optimise progress and personalise learning

Be creative and enthusiastic in approach to teaching
Be committed to the safeguarding of, and the personal and social development of students
Work effectively with colleagues, students and parents using excellent interpersonal skills
Have aspiration to work in a World-Class school with real prospects for career enhancement
Make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events
Actively pursue your own professional development as a teacher.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the CEO and Principal.
