At SRI, we are looking for outstanding, fluent English-speaking Teaching Assistants who are passionate about education and eager to play a vital role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning from FS1 to Year 6. Key Responsibilities:

•  Support teachers with individual and small group learning across all core subjects
• Engage children in enriching activities both inside and outside the classroom
• Help prepare engaging resources and maintain inviting learning environments
• Supervise students confidently and independently when needed
• Promote strong routines and positive behaviour
• Assist with daily care, transitions, and learning readiness for young learners
• Be proactive, hands-on, and solution-focused in all that you do
• Contribute to the collaborative, respectful, and nurturing culture of the school

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting in similar role in a premium school setting is preferred
• Degree level qualification is preferred
• Native level fluency and a strong working knowledge of supporting in class with English and Maths
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders
• A warm, professional communicator with excellent spoken and written English
• Someone adaptable, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in student success
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
