Maternity Leave vacancy - Physical Education Teacher
We are looking for a Maternity Leave vacancy for the position of a Physical Education to join our team for short period.
Applicants will be fully qualified P.E. teachers with exceptional subject knowledge and experience
Qualification:
Masters/ Bachelors (Specialization in Physical Education + Bachelor of Education (Mandatory)
Minimum of two years experience as a Physical Education Teacher.
Experience with the CBSE curriculum is preferred but not essential
A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
An excellent team player both within the department and across phases
Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents We are seeking to appoint an experienced Secretary to Primary SLT. You will be responsible for coordinating all secretarial and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the office of the SLT. Act as an ambassador to the school and perform in an efficient, professional, and confidential manner all job duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain high quality communication from and within the Head Of Primary office.
- Liaise with tact and diplomacy with school staff, students and parents.
- Liaise with all school secretaries regarding students, parents, faculty and staff.
- Manage Head Of Primary appointment calendar as well as all his professional communication and public relations needs.

Purpose
The Head of Arabic Communications drives Arabic-language PR and content strategy for GEMS Education, ensuring messages resonate culturally while aligning with group brand positioning. The role supports schools by providing Arabic campaigns, media engagement, and stakeholder communication.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop Arabic PR and media relations strategy across corporate and school levels.
- Provide Arabic content for school campaigns, press releases, and crisis communications.
- Build strong relationships with Arabic-language media and influencers.
- Collaborate with school leaders and admissions on parent communications.
- Ensure consistency and cultural relevance across Arabic messaging.
Purpose
The Head of Strategic Communications is responsible for managing and elevating the reputation of GEMS Education across the region and globally. This role drives the PR and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
The Head of Strategic Communications will act as the guardian of GEMS’ external voice, overseeing media relations, thought leadership, crisis communications, and corporate reputation management while ensuring integration with brand, social, and digital campaigns.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the PR and communications strategy for both corporate and schools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Lead executive thought leadership initiatives, including speeches, op-eds, interviews, and panels.
- Manage crisis communications to safeguard the reputation of GEMS Education.
- Oversee media monitoring, reporting, and analysis of PR effectiveness.
- Ensure PR is fully integrated with brand, digital, and social campaigns.
- Act as the lead liaison for senior executives with external stakeholders and press.
- Drive positive media coverage to position GEMS as a leader in education and innovation.
- Provide training and support to executives and school leaders in media engagement.
Purpose
The Creative Director is responsible for shaping and driving the creative vision across GEMS Education’s marketing campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, audience insights, and brand positioning. This role bridges creativity and strategy, developing powerful campaign concepts and narratives that cut across digital, social, PR, and experiential platforms.
This Creative Director partners closely with the Marketing, Brand, and Digital teams to produce breakthrough ideas that deliver measurable impact in enrolments, engagement, and brand reputation.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and lead creative strategies that translate business goals and audience insights into compelling, integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with Brand, Social, Digital, and PR teams to ensure all creative output is consistent, innovative, and effective.
- Act as the strategic sparring partner for the Senior Creative Head, shaping campaign briefs and translating them into clear creative directions.
- Conduct trend analysis, audience profiling, and competitor benchmarking to inform creative ideation.
- Drive storytelling excellence across all content formats (video, digital, experiential, copy).
- Present concepts, storyboards, and strategies persuasively to senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Partner with agencies and vendors to ensure creative strategies are executed to the highest standard.
- Evaluate campaign performance and optimise creative approaches based on analytics and insights.
Purpose
The Group Social & Branding Lead owns and drives the global brand and social media strategy for GEMS Education, ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable impact across all touchpoints. This role is responsible for building a digital-first, social-first brand presence that connects authentically with parents, students, alumni, and wider stakeholders, reinforcing GEMS’ position as the region’s most trusted and forward-thinking education group.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development and execution of GEMS’ global brand strategy across all channels.
- Define and deliver a social-first and digital-first roadmap aligned with enrolment and engagement goals.
- Oversee the creation of dynamic, shareable, and impactful content designed for multiple platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across schools, corporate platforms, and campaigns.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing brand & social team.
- Partner with PR, Creative, and Digital teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
- Monitor social trends, algorithms, and platform innovations to ensure GEMS stays ahead of the curve.
- Track, analyse, and report on brand and social performance, providing insights to optimise campaigns.
- Safeguard brand reputation online, including community management and escalation handling.
