Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression of the school.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding admissions, school services, and general enquiries.
- Ensure continuous front desk coverage throughout the school day.
- Record and manage visitor, caller, and student attendance records.
- Process Transfer Certificates (TCs) and maintain accurate documentation.
- Handle parent concerns appropriately and escalate matters when required.
- Support the school with general administrative and secretarial tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and procedures.
- Attend meetings and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Skills Description
Expected Qualifications:
- Need to be a fluent English and Arabic speaker.
- Strong High school education, including Arabic, English, and Maths
Expected Experience:
· A minimum of one year experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service-focused role.
- Effective communicator (written and spoken)
- Interpersonal skills, able to operate in a diverse environment
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
· Ability to multi-task and cope with peaks of demand
· Proficient secretarial and computer skills
Advanced user of Microsoft Office an advantage
